Interior Inspection – Inside, I check each room, test electrical outlets, switches, windows, doors, floors, and ceilings.

System Checks – I inspect visible plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilation, and the main electrical panel.

Attic, Basement & Crawlspaces – These areas are evaluated for signs of moisture, insulation, ventilation, and structural issues.

Photo Documentation – I take photos throughout the inspection to support the report findings.

Report Delivery – Within 24–48 hours, you’ll receive a detailed, easy-to-understand digital report highlighting all findings, with photos and clear recommendations.
